My car broke down, Justin attended to my call. The first thing he asked me after I told him what I needed assistance with he asked if I am feeling safe😭😭😭. That for me was the most highlight of the whole incident. He send me the tow-guy contact number, car registration and he also made a follow up after an hour to check if I was home safe.
