My bad experience with a cellphone insurer

I went through a horrible experience whereby i was treated as an insurance fruadster even my own financial standing had to be scrutinized and where no errors where found they even decided to look for other mistakes, even bank statements came into play and yet did not find any discrepencies. But when it come to collecting the money of a *****/********* as they presume I was one, they gladly helped themselves without thinking twice. My cellphone claim toke more than 31+ days and i thank the lord i had not insured a car as this tidious process would have resulted in a stressful one with higher claim amount. My own experience was bad and i hope others get a better experince than me.
