my accident claim was rejected unfairly
I was involved in a car accident on 1/3/15,no damage was coursed to anyone's property nore anyones car, I'm the owner and the policy holder of the car, I listed my father as a regular driver because he uses the car more often than me,I spend most of my time out the country and when im back in the country I have my own company car which I use every day to and from work, when Im in the country I spend most of the time in different provinces,I bought the car September 2013 round about the 9th I then left the country the following day for a period of about a year and a few months, I only returned after every 3rd month for only 7 days max.after the accident I reported to the insurance, a few days later after their assessment I recieved a claim rejection letter stating that they believe im the regular driver of the vehicle yet iv spent most of the time out the country, the millage on the car is about 35000km,how possibly can I manage that being out the country?they sent another rejection letter on the 25/3/2015 two weeks after the 1st letter, stating I dont have a liability cover for damage to the car yet its on comprehensive cover!then what was I paying for?they are not responding back
