I and the wife were involved in a collision on Friday the 13th. It was a MV collision resulting us been left in a very bad situation. I was contacted by Breyten Janse van Vuuren, inquiring about the accident. He went the extra mile to investigate this unfortunate incident, with diligence and professionalism, he handled this investigation. He communicated with me all through the way and everything that he did; he provided feedback with such excellence. He handled the situation in a very calm and professional manner; he was not rude or arrogant, neither was he abusive, he understood our dilemma and the situation we were in. He also provided us with the correct and proper advice and channeled us in the right direction. He went the extra mile and also put himself in our shoes.
