Must get this claim done really struggling now without a car

My car is ****** on the 16 April in the morning hours in my yard some people from king price phone me and ask me lots of questions what happened i told them everything i can remember and then they told me they will come back to me and still nothing i am a responsible person i paid every month my car insurance, now my car get ****** now i struggle to getting the claim done all they said they will come back to me and still no one come back to me its really hard without a car all of us must get to work...
