This Company phones to apologise. However, they refuse to correct their mistake.
I offered to pay in this month's premium. I was told that is not an authorised or legal method of payment.
So King Price are leaving me high and dry, after they debited my account multiple times.
And then reversed payments, after they were succesfully.

Hi FZ

Our client care department has been in contact to discuss. Please note as with most insurers we are unable to accept manual payments and therefore only debit orders will be accepted. Should you require any further information kindly contact our client care department directly.

King Price is refusing to correct their mistake. I offered out of the goodness of my heart to pay them, even manually _ since they dibited my account 3 times and then reversed it.
According to my bank statements, There WERE sufficient funds, the first time, when the payment was successfull. Then they reverse it!
The issue here is: King Price's finance dept is so ***********, that they don't keep track of who they debited and whom they did not. So, their response is: "oh it's the bank".
Not we are taking the following steps to correct these mistakes as we are indeed responsible. - As they as Kingprice are 100% at fault for this, the penalties incurred on top of the bank charges for their, apparently On Purpose Strategy to commit *****.
Have a nice life Kingprice. Since you did not cover me, I owe you R0.00
Bye

This "insurance" provider, only provides drama (for) guaranteed. (I mean, I'm sure you'll get to the correct synonym for "guaranteed"). They are unprofessional and they did not act on my behalf since they did not even phone me back for weeks. Seems you have to get through to a staff member at their company, who actually wants to work that day and assist a client.
Wow.
