Mr Vallee for President

I would like to thank Mr Goolam Vallee for attending to my complaint and giving me peace of mind -I registered a claim with KP and was so dissatisfied with the service received.

Mr Vallee who is very kind and friendly kept me updated about the claim. He would call regularly to advise of any updates and would even go as far as driving to the panel beater to check on the repair progress.

It was such a relief to deal with someone who managed to put themselves in my shoes and interact with me like a human and not just a client. This is very much appreciated. Thank you for saving the day.
