Mr. Morris, took me from being angry with my previous encounter to a smile on my face. Professional, informative, caring and knowledgeable about how King PRICE provide Royal Services to the client. I end the call understanding each amount attached to my policy, requested outstanding information and allowed me to go look where and forward what and how to send through. Mr. Morris, i find calm and well educated in people skills.
