Motor Claim

I called the insurance and Marissa Yssel took my call and she help me registering the claim, communicating with the Panel Beater, updating me everyday about my claim until the claim has been approved, communicating back to the dealer that the claim has been approved.<br> <br> Immediately the Panel Beater called me to tell me that I must bring the car next Monday and still Marissa arranged for me to get the car hire in that short period of time.<br> <br> Marissa Yssel is the very patient person who listened to the client and ask questions calmly and she process my claim within the SLA mentioned by her to me.<br> <br> We as clients dont normally get people like Marissa to assist in the manner she did. <br> <br> Out of 10 scoring I give her full ten. <br> <br> Thank you Merissa please dont stop doing what you are doing.
