Most unproffesional insurance provider

I submitted a claim on the 13/02/2014 and have not heard from Ramona Chunderally since i submitted my claim.<br> <br> I called their customer care line numerous times and emailed them on different occasions and in one instance i spoke to Tsholo Maimane who assured me that i would receive feedback 3 weeks ago.<br> <br> After this i decided that i am not going to associate myself with such an unprofessional insurance provider and requested king price to cancel my insurance policy.<br> <br> Being the sharks they are, they have not responded to my request and are quite happy to deduct my premium every month and say that I have incorrect cover when I try and claim.<br> <br> To all prospective and current customers of king price, I suggest you jump ship and join a reputable company like Santam or Outsurance if you want peace of mind and professional service.<br> <br> I am utterly disgusted and would not recommend this company to anyone as this has cost me time and money as i have basically been paying for nothing.
