Most ********* bunch

Took insurance with King price on the 20 May 2015 sales person (Kay) wanted to sell additional benefits. i said more than 3 times i do not need it or want. he read out again what my premium will be. they debited my account the evening. we agreed that they will debit my account the 1st of each month. my account was not debited on Monday the 1st of june but on tuesday 2nd of june. to my surprise they have debited my account by much more than what was agreed to. spoke to Mark Wickwar retentions consultant. i was advised that the additional benefits was added to my policy. i cancelled my policy immediatly and was told i will get my full refund for the amount the debited me. i got a refund but not my full amount. i called again in and was told it is prorata charges. how can you charge me for stuff i did not want.
