more then a month no car

my car has been at the panel beaters for more than a month and still no exact date when it will be done -delays have been both on the insurer and panel beater -only have car hire for 30days yet no party has addressed that car hire should be extended due to them taking long to repair car -while at panel beater car breaks down cannot start
