More like Tebogo

Called in yesterday KP to request a Cross Border Letter before 11am,spoke to Mohammed from Client Care, he told me in less than 20mins I will have my letter. 2hrs passed by NOTHING - I called in again to KP chatted to Meegan who says there is a system error on their side, but never the less will definitely chat to their IT Dept and forward letter or manually send one, & the best part that even if it means staying her staying after closing hours she will send through Letter - 4hr30mins passed by - NOTHING. I called in again to KP, spoke to Kimeeshni, she told me the same thing, but said she will send me a test email, and will definitely rectify and send me what I needed by this morning 31st March. NO EMAIL - NO LETTER. I called at 11h20am to KP, spoke to TEBOGO Masinga, WOW what quick service in the space of 30mins. This lady is professional on the ball, told me there was a system error which I understand, whilst on the line she sent me a test email. She DELIEVERED, no false promises, no lies, like the other 3.
