MORE FALSE PROMISES AND NOT HONORING THEIR PROMISES
<p>I LOGGED A COMPLAINT REGARDING QUOTATIONS ON MY EXISTING POLICY WHEN I WAS QUOTED BY MARCO DURING THE WEEK. I RECEIVED A CALL FROM MARCO'S MANAGER WHO FRUSTRATED ME AS SHE TOOK SO MUCH TIME GOING THROUGH THE SAME QUESTIONS MARCO DID FOR THE QUOTATION. I WAS ASSURED SHE WILL BE EMAILING ME A REVISED QUOTATION ON WEDNESDAY. - 2 AUGUST 2017 , TODAY IS SUNDAY -6 AUGUST 2017. SHE TOLD ME SHE HAD THE SAME AUTHORITY AS THE THE RETENTIONS DEPARTMENT AND STILL NO EMAIL. FORTUNATELY THE CALLS ARE RECORDED</p>
Although we never really enjoy hearing that our clients have been frustrated or disappointed by us, we do appreciate you bringing situations like this to our attention, so that we can immediately improve the service we provide.
