Molebogeng Sono made my day :)

Today I woke up to run an errand but my car wouldn't start. Turns out the battery was flat due to the fact that I don't use the vehicle much these days. Anyway, I called my insurance and was assisted by a professional and pleasant lady called Molebogeng Sono. She swiftly took down my details and had someone at my door in 10min. She even called back afterward to ensure that I was helped. 10/10 customer satisfaction!
