Misselling of king price staff member
My premium was supposed to increase due to claim that I logged. I was called to be notified and I ask the lady if she can review it as it was too high. She told me that she can reduce the axcess fee then premiums will be better and I will be charged prorata of R49. To my surprise today I was charged R350 and I need my money back ASAP.

25 Apr 2025, 15:20Thank u so much king price insurance as the mistake was rectified for deducting more amount of prorata than the one confirmed by the consultant. I'm so ecstatic as my cover went up from R1100 to R2100 as I claimed in December however I managed to speak to the very friendly consultant by the name of Tiro and he reviewed my cover and from R2100 down to R1500 and I'm getting back extra R500 back that was debited already. I'm so excited for King price insurance is the best. I can recommend King price insurance to everyone. And the claim is hassle free
