Misrepresentation
My claimed was declined due to ITC record of my regular driver that I did not disclose according to their questionares, I strongly believe that I answered their questions as honest as I could but unaware that there's a hidden clause of ITC or judgement against me or my regular driver, however I suffered enough due to my stupidity of choosing this company out of all honest insurance companies in SA, I regret the day I was introduced to these people however I refuse to give up, there's many people that should be protected out there from this company, I will not rest until I see justice served against these people before they do the same to many South African, I meet lot of people black or white who fell in the same trap and are doing nothing about it because they do not have money to pay lawyers fees while this company gets away with everything just because they are bigger than SA law, Let me tell you one thing Naseem, JoAnne, King price is not bigger than my God, He will come through for everyone you *****ed and you will learn the hard way, this is not the end but the beginning.
We are really sorry to hear that you feel this way. The fact remains that every insurance company is going to require that you provide them with true and complete information during the underwriting of the risk, you have been informed at sales stage that the information you provide determines the acceptance of the risk or the premium that will be quoted. Despite this you have provided incorrect information. Had you provided King Price with the information we would not have accepted the risk. We further note that you where asked about these facts during the sales call, the information is also stated on your schedule as well as pointed out in your policy wording and is in no way hidden. We honestly have your best interest at heart but it is imperative that you provide us with information pertinent to the acceptability of your policy.
We trust the above provides clarity, should you require any further assistance please do not hesitate to contact.
Royal regards
