Misleading their customers!

I changed vehicles about 4 months ago and added "Scratch & Dent" cover to the policy. Last month I had a little incident at the shopping centre, where I scratched one of the rims slightly. No problem I thought as I do have "Scratch & Dent" cover! The below comes from the “King Price” website and indicates that “Mags and Rims” are covered by the “Scratch and Dent” policy!

“Mags and rims Marks on your mags? Scratch that! You're covered for the repair of damage to your car's mag wheels and wheel rims. If a mag or rim is damaged to such an extent it can't be repaired, this isn't covered”

When I tried to claim for the incident, I was told that the “Scratch & Dent” option does not cover the “Mags and rims” and that I need “Tyre & Rim”? So clearly, they are marketing features in a product which they have no intention of honouring!
