Misleading motor vehicle insurance deal
Recently took a vehicle insurance with this Company. Disclosed all my accidents and incidents. Upon receipt of their schedule I noted that only 1 incident & that I never claimed from my previous insurance. I called so that this can be rectified. Guess what? Upon receiving feedback of their investigations, I am told that yes I did disclose as per their recordings & their employee failed to include all info I provided in the achedule and according to their policy I should have not been accepted as their client due to number of incidents/ accidents and will only be covered for May thereafter I must find another insurance. Mind you I cancelled my previous insurer & told them that I have a better deal from KP. I feel betrayed & misled by KP. I am actually very disappointed.

There are many factors taken into consideration by our ratings department prior to the acceptance of a risk and unfortunately in this case we would not be able to assist with cover.
