Misleading information received

I have received misleading information from Nkateko Langa and King Price agents I was advised on Monday 29th November that my car is being fixed by westrand panel beaters I even received an sms confirming this too, I have even called in twice this week and agent's advised me the same thing however when I decided to call the panel beaters myself to enquire on how long it would take for my car to be fixed I was advised that they haven't received my car from king price as yet and they advised that they have sent numerous emails to King price and Nkateko Langa but received no response.

When I decided to contact Nkateko Langa I was advised they are having a delay... but no one contacted me to inform me about the delays . They rather create false expectations that my car is being fixed whilst the car has not even reached the panelbeaters!! If I never called the panel beaters I would not have known what was happening...this is very inconvenient and Inconsiderate.

As I result of this inconvenience there is a possibility my car might not be fixed this year as panelbeaters are closing soon.

I need this to be resolved ASAP its not fair to deceive clients.

According to consumer protection act I have an right to fair and honest dealing and right disclosure of information and according to the Fais act your representatives are supposed to act with honesty and integrity. I want something in writing explaining why exactly there was no transparency regarding this.

I want a detailed explanation as to why my car was not released to the panelbeaters and I want you to confirm in writing by when my car will be fixed...
