misleading fees
i am so angry with the astronomical change in fees ...you guys lure people by promising less fees because "cars depreciate in value" only for the fee review to be double what one used to pay. I spoke to a guy who was supposed to help review my premiums but did nothing except give me countless excuses, no help whatsoever . I've been happy since i joined you guys but you are misleading with your advertising . i am gonna explore my rights with the consumer protection act , if anything comes of it i will take action !!!!!

06 Oct 2021, 09:54Here's the thing, like all insurers, we too need to implement policy rerates to keep up the rising costs of parts, labour rates, repairs, inflation etc... Which even we can't ignore! Our retentions department has been in contact with you to discuss your concerns.
