Misleading clients with lies

Good day my name is Mrs NA Hlako I'd ***. I have been insured by King Price. I have an complaint and am desperately disappointed at the lack of communication and the way I was misled. I was paying my premiums with no issues. But as soon as I claimed when I had an accident. I was told my car d Was not inspected. Only then after trying to claim, my premiums for 2 months were returned. But I was informed my car is a right of. This is absolutely terrible service and I feel that I have been cheated by king price, because I now have to pay the bank for a vehicle that was deemed a right off. I requested a copy of my insurance documents which I paid for and was told. They already sent me a copy and cannot send another one. They will send it to the bank.
