Misleading campaign
Excellent service. I changed to this insurance because of a campaign in partnership with Sasol where you get a R350 e-fuel voucher when you get a quote from King Price. I liked what they had to offer so I changed my insurance and they have been really hands on. However, it has been a week and I have not yet received this voucher despite contacting them about it twice. It is unacceptable to state something in a campaign, gain a client and then not follow through on what was promised.
