MISLEADING AND DISGUSTING INSURANCE
<p>My fiance is covered by King Price from 2016 when he bought his vehicle. In May 2017, his vehicle was ******. King Price refused to pay his claim stating that he did not install a tracking device in his car and it was a prerequisite. Why did they continue debiting premiums if he was defaulting from the contract by not installing it? They did not have a tracking company certificate to prove that he installed it, they did not even follow up like they do with assessment certificates but when they are supposed to pay they decline. Reputable insurance companies will arrange for a tracking device to be installed if you require it at your convenience even though it is not a prerequisite but King Price has it as a prerequisite and do not care whether it is installed or not until. THAT IS PLAIN DISGUSTING SERVICE. You trap your clients, you care less about you clients, no people s****s whatsoever, all you want is to take money from people. I DO NOT RECOMMEND KING PRICE TO ANYONE, UNLESS IF YOU SAVE UP ON THE SIDE IN CASE OF DISAPPOINTMENT. INSURING WITH KING PRICE IS LIKE GAMBLING, THERE IS A HIGH CHANCE THAT YOU WILL LOOSE, YOU CAN'T REST ASSURED.</p>

We understand your frustration, but unfortunately we have certain terms and conditions to which our clients need to be aware off. These conditions are discussed with our clients telephonically.
When your fiancé agreed to insure with King Price on 18 May 2016, we advised him that he needs to fit a tracking unit as this is a requirement. He was advised that should he not adhere to the conditions he would not have cover for theft or hi-jacking. We then confirmed with your fiancé, that his previous insurer also required a tracking device which he did not adhere to. It was clearly noted that it remains his responsibility to ensure the device is fitted and in working order.
