Misleading

There is nothing on this earth that drive a person crazy than an unauthorized debit or something that is not agreed upon. My debit is supposed to be R 1,169.05 (that includes a R2 for somthing that I don't know - Sasria). You people took R 1 162.49 from my account, I want to know what that R6.56 is for. Further more I want to know why you charged me an additional R169.00 . I did not agree to this. Why are you lying to us during contract agreement stages ????????? Why am I paying more than what you promised in my policy? This is not what we agreed on and it is not fair. I left my previous insurer for you guys because you said you are better, but you seem to be the same ???? Please prove that you are better like you said you were by resolving this. I am not happy about this. And why on earth are you debiting me twice ? why is the R169 separate ??????
