Misleading
Disappointed that I called for a quote and when I called to inform them that I will be going with another insurance company, then I am told that I have a policy with them.<br> I then had to call in numerous times to get this sorted out and was told by Mbali that they need to listen to recordings as I had accepted a policy from Kagiso. The same Kagiso assured me that this was not an active policy, but just a quote.<br> <br> Poor service. Will be sure to discourage family and friends from considering them as a vehicle insurer.

We are so sorry you feel that way. We did listen to the recording and you did in fact accept the policy as well as provided us with your banking details on conclusion. The only reason why Mbali wanted to listen to the sales conversation was so that we can confirm if there was a sales error or not and rectify the situation should that be the case.
We apologize for any confusion, although we are sad to lose you the policy was cancelled as per your request.
