Michael Venter - Simply Brilliant

It is always daunting when things like insurance/claims/policies/ etc. comes to mind. The administrative process that comes along with it is mostly frustrating and tiresome. We recently weren’t happy with our annual premium increase so we called in to query it further, was transferred to the retentions department, it is here that we met Michael Venter, one of the most professional and knowledgeable consultants I have ever met. I was filled with his courtesy smiles through the phone while being direct, objective and informative at all times. It is solely because of Michael that we have chosen to stay with King price and even added another vehicle for comprehensive cover to our policy. Simply put we need more of Michael Venter’s in the Insurance and service industry. He is Brilliant to say the least and I am hoping he climbs up the corporate Ladder within King price very soon. Well done on retaining someone like Michael with a very sought after skillset “Excellent Customer service and satisfaction”
