Michael Sikuza - Excellent Service
I received an excellent service from Michael Sikuza. I do recommend king price to people as their service is always on point with no hassles. It's employees like you that makes clients appreciate their insurance companies and that make insuring with king price an absolute pleasure. "Putting clients needs first" Great service indeed, Mr Michael Sikuza. Keep up the great work, it's people like u that make.
NB: I missed about 2 calls from king price after requesting a call back and King Price kept on trying to call me, eventually when he got hold of my myself I was in a meeting and rescheduled, I figured there would be some irateness but there was none what so ever and he called me back and helped me with my query and changes – Well done sir – You should be rewarded.
This may be late but i remembered now i wanted to do this and better late than never:
I had an issue with the panel beaters that fixed my car and ended up damaging other electronic parts - The 2 always kept me in the loop and provided feedback - during a time of distress they were there for me through out my claim even with me being irate and taking it out on the wrong people that did not deserve it - They stuck by me and handled everything and got everything sorted - Even got a courtesy vehicle via the panel beaters obviously at there expense but with the delay i had interim help and so forth not impacting my daily lifestyle and working needs thanks to these two ladies.
There is too much detail to be mentioned but they played a part and should be rewarded - Don't let go of these people as these are the people who continue to grow you company and make it worthwhile. - Well done to you two as well.
