****mers

I am writing to the public, if any one is thinking of taking up a warranty with King Price Please spare yourself the headache they declined my claim for an oil cooler my BMW 2012 model , which is covered under the warranty policy that i took up in 2022.

The reason given for the decline is that the oil cooler is not considered part of the engine, as it is "mounted" on the engine. I strongly dispute this claim. The oil cooler is an integral component of the engine's lubrication system, directly attached to the engine block, and essential for maintaining optimal engine temperature. Without it, the engine would overheat, leading to catastrophic failure.

My policy document states that I am covered for overheating, limited to engine failure. I argue that the oil cooler's failure is, in fact, a precursor to engine failure, and it is unreasonable to expect me to wait for the engine to fail before coverage kicks in. The oil cooler is not an accessory; it is a critical component of the engine's operation.

I also take issue with the interpretation that the oil cooler is merely "mounted" on the engine. The fact that it is directly attached to the engine block suggests it is an integral part of the engine. Furthermore, if the answer to the question is (NO) “Can the engine function without the oil cooler?" is no, then it is illogical to separate it from

I have been a loyal customer since 2022, and this is the first time I have made a claim. I am disappointed and frustrated by the lack of support and the apparent design of the system to avoid paying claims, Do not take out a moto warranty with them
