Mediocre service

I had an accident on the 24 February 2023,whereby I was bumped from the rear resulting in serious damages to my car which took the insurer over six months to fix the car.

Just to add a cherry on top, I paid excess amount, which is supposed to be recovered from the driver that bumped me.

To date I haven't recovered the excess amount, and on three different occasion for a period of five months, I am told that the sheriffs are still trying to locate the individual that bumped me so that they can serve him with summons.

This is so disappointing and I do not even think this case is prioritized or even attended to.
