King price is a **** i wrote a review here and I was told that they will get back to me within 7 days. It was on the 13th I have tried to call them. I think they it is just delaying so that the 90 days passes for the grievance.

My claim was rejected saying I was reckless, and lot of stories were said. On the 1st of May 2023. After 2 months I was told that my claim is rejected. So now because no one is taking me seriously I'm going to the ombudsman. I think that's the language they understand. I'm so angry because I trusted them South Africa has a lot of insurance, but I decided to insure my car with them. I'm just sending this review to warn fellow car owners to opt for other insurance not King Price
