Firstly as a client one can hear through the tone of voice when a consultant is friendly, passionate and keen to assist his/her client. Today I was assisted in a very friendly and professional manner with alot of enthusiasm and it made me happy to know that the consultant knew his product and able to give advise on my policy and this was very refreshing.
