05 Nov 2020, 19:15I am extremely angry and upset with Michael McKenzie as he is a very dishonest person,he has changed my excess on my policy and claims I agreed to this,I requested a call recording on Tuesday and up until now he has not called me back now provided the recording as I am extremely sure we never discussed that nor agreed to the change.king price fix this otherwise a cancellation will be happening.
