Masethabo was very helpful. When I called there was an issue she couldn’t assist me with as it sat in another department. The department only started work at 8am, 8am on the dot she called me back and arranged for me to be patched to the department I needed. She was swift in resolving my issues. King Price overall was very helpful, sorted out my issue in record time and the agents I dealt with were friendly.
