Elfrieda Pieters assisted me with a tele call, to rectify my Short term Insurance policy, after the benifit for Covid 19 changed earlier than was promised as the Level of lockdown had moved down to Level 3. She was absolutely extremely friendly, helpful and offered me a better portfolio as before the lockdown. As we are retired, and do not drive so many kilos as when we were younger. We are both self sufficient and can do all our business as needed, but as it is I am not a fan of big shopping malls and will in any case avoid un nessasary going out of our lockdown situation. Our policy was now scheduled that I have to send in the speedometer readings every month 2 days before our premium pay date. And is very happy about that.
