Malcolm Poole - Royal service.
What started as horrible news, turned into amazing service! I received my policy autorenewal info, and something seemed off. Prices went up... too much. I phoned King Price, and spoke to Malcolm Poole. I lost my temper. I lost my charm. He made me smile, and ended up saving me even more money then I needed to!
Excellent service! I feel royal!!!!
