Malcolm Poole
Malcolm Poole was phenomenal. My call was redirected as I needed enquire about my current premium. Malcolm not only asked me to drop the call as he was going to call me back but he decreased my monthly premium of which was unexpected. (^_^) he was polite and professional. He was patient and answered to every question satisfyingly.
