Madonna for promotion (king Price Ins)

I seldomly give sales executives or call center agents good reviews, cause they somehow, always, give me reasons/justifications as to why they frustrate me so.<br> <br> But that changed when I reluctantly called King Price Insurance with a problem I had with them. I was attended to by a lady named Modonna. Yes Madonna!<br> <br> Had a complain with regards to my premiums for the month and she somehow manage to stop me from throwing in words that could make my own mother hide her face with shame. Her assistance was prompt and friendly. I was assisted and my problem resolved in no time. At the end of the call. All I could say was thank you. I don't remember how many times I said it, but it was a couple of times. Like I said, its seldom if not impossible, to find such persona on the other side of the line. <br> <br> Thank you King Price, for sourcing the right talent for your business and us.
