Madness with no fun at all

King Price, no sense of urgency at all. They attempted to debit on my bank account for a policy that I never took up with them. I informed them of this on the 26th of September and I was told they are investigating, they will get back to me. Its been more than 7 working days and no one has come back to me, instead they have updated my credit bureau with false information. Royal disservice and I am paying the price.
