Lyle Soetland delivers royal service with great pleasure. I spoke to a consultant earlier in the day who told me she can’t assist me and that I need to speak to the claims consultant. She said she will get someone to call me back. After 5 hours I called again and this time spoke to Lyle. He firstly apologised even though he was not at fault and listened attentively to my query. My issues were resolved in a few minutes and once again he apologised for the inconvenience. Lyle Soetland is a real asset to the King Price company. If everyone walks the extra mile for customers you will have no complaints. Well done Lyle for being awesome and thank you very much for delivering royal service.
