Lumay du Plessis

as i could not make my King Price Insurance payment this month, Lumay Du Plessis called me to find out what was happening. She was extremely helpful as I explained to her that i couldn't make this month's payment, due to COVID-19 restrictions in my work life. She was extremely calm and helpful and kindly explained the different avenues i could take, in regards to not being able to pay for my insurance.

All around, it was a very pleasant conversation, and I felt good about the help i received from her.
