LOW PREMIUMS NEVER PAYS OUT.

KING PRICE INSURANCE has rejected my claim based on assumption, i was under the influence of alcohol , there has been no blood taken and a breathalyzer test done. Their internal ombudsman just came back to me after going against there rejection letter , stating that "THEY DO NOT NEED A BLOOD TEST OR BREATHALYZER TEST " to be done to reject my claim. KING PRICE has advised me that they do not need a blood test or breathalyzers test to show that i was under the influence of alcohol, So how else does one determine that you have been under the influence of alcohol???? How much times do i need to provide to them that i was NOT under the influence of alcohol. I have sent all supporting document including my bank statement showing that there was no purchases for that day but they have still rejected my claim. King Price says that their wittiness says that i was stumbling over my feet , at the accident scene. All the airbags on the drivers side of my vehicle has been deployed and i could have been light headed but they do not take that into consideration , what insurance company does that. King price has not treated me as a customer fairly and have rejected my claim but was more willing to take my monthly premiums everyday month.
