Lost cellphone that was claimed
I claimed two of my cellphones from the Insurance and they took both of them for an assessment. Today I received a message that one phone will be delivered as a replacement. When I called the insurance, I spoke to Lesego and she confirmed that one claim was registered. Basically I was ****med as they have lost the other phone.
I have been a loyal client with King Price for more than 10 years but now I think its time to move on.

08 Sept 2022, 14:25Both phones submitted are the same and had more or less the same damage. Why do we insure our items if you guys wont pay when we claim? I havent received any call from your claims department, and I see they want to drop off the other phone. I need the phones to be dropped off the same time.
