Loss of hearing aid assistance

One of the dreadful happenings in life is having to loose your hearing aid, My mom was sponsored and we manage to get her a unit, recently during the storm we experienced in CPT My mom lost her hearing aid as she was walking to the car whilst removing her head gear and jacket, it was Awful as my mom cannot hear without it at all. I logged a call with King Prince and dealt with Nthabiseng who has been over and above with her assistance a true custodian and I hope she gets recognised for her efforts. She has made this ordeal a great experience every step of the way. Thank you to King price and and Nthabiseng, the claim has been settled and my mom will now be able to hear again, just because you guys. we really appreciate the services.
