loss of cellphone from the car not covered 😡

I have submitted a cellphone loss with the insurer. where by cell phone was left in the car on door driver side door pockets while I went to buy food and to my return the cellphone disappeared from the car. this might be as a result of car jamming and the insurer refused to pay the claim this is a car with Smash and grab and also insured by the same insurer I insured my phone for theft ( it was ******) it is also covered for Loss ( I lost my cellphone) what are these technicalities they trying to bring up I don't understand and feel ****med as a consumer

Insured with my 2 cars and home content which I'm actually cancelling to avoid nasty suppresses from them in future 😡
