Lies and empty promises from King Price.

I have vehicle insurance with King Price which I am satisfied with however I had opted for Home Contents Insurance as well. When I had moved from one house to my new home my chest of drawers got damaged. I called to change my address a while later and then I submitted the claim. I then received a call from Dumisani Boloyi advising me that my claim had been rejected because I am only covered for my TV and any glass items... Whereas when I had signed up for the home contents insurance they had advised me that I was covered for all my furniture which I had asked about and mentioned within the call... Just before dropping the call Dumisani advised me that I was not covered for home contents insurance while I was moving even though I had asked the previous agent that helped me set everything up about it. Please King Price... Dont make excuses for your bad service and when an individual signs up for a specific service... Don't lie to get the sale!!!
