King Price Insurance

<div>Let me tell you something about King Price. They have a nice way to get people to join their insurance by lying about the premiums that never increases. When I join I was told that instead of my premiums increasing, they will be decreasing each and every month and possibly by almost R300 per annum. Was there a monthly decrease? Yes, but ironically by R7 which made no difference. To my suprice, I have received a letter stipulating the changes in my insurance cover, and thepremium was increased by at least R200. I tried to dispute that to the retentions department by email, but nobody from king price bothered to even call or reply back to my email.

This is not a good image because it's clear that you lie to attract people. I left my insurance for king price because I was under the impression that the premiums will decrease every month or at least every year. Maybe it is a hidden clause that they don't disclose before you take the insurance with them.

Everytime you call to enquiry about your cover they will refer you to hellopeter to rate their service. I mean why rate someone for doing what they are supposed to do? I can't rate someone for changing an address to my policy that's ridiculous. This is because king price wants to look good.

I will only rate you if you pay the claims, or do what the insurance cover entails. I see majority of people are giving 5 stars just because someone gave them a lower premiums. While a few group of people complaint about their claims not being paid, or took longer and so on... This are the realistic things that one should consider when rating a company.

Besides all, I am concerned and lost trust on King Price and would like to cancel my insurance with them, for they ****. Premiums decreases my ass, better of with the insurance companies that increases your premiums yearly, at least they have ***** to tell you about it, and not lie. The value of my car decreases every months, I thought King Price understood this. But you are no different from every other insurance companies.
