Lianka Venter called me just now. Asking if she can just check my details. Very professional, friendly all in English, she overheard me talking to my husband in Afrikaans and instantly switched over to Afrikaans! Wow! Love that! We checked my policy and changed work address and she offered me a upgrade on my 3rd party car policy,explaining all options and listening to me and my husband's conversation on the speakerphone she had compassion for our 'getting back on our feet after setbacks' and said 'hold on' she came back with a comprehensive car insurance,excess incl better offer that we could afford. Wow! My birthday was Blessed with this lady being so friendly and helpful,trying to make me feel like a queen and she succeeded 🙌
