Lee Anne Morgan Saves the Day
<p>When I joined just over a month ago, the consultant was very charming.. (maybe not his best asset) as the service from there was pretty shocking. This morning I was on the verge of cancelling, as I have received no joy from them. I received a call from Lee Anne Morgan, not only did she make suggestions on my cover, she assisted me with my policy documents and we sorted my access out. Lee Anne, you saved a customer today! Thank you for your friendly and prompt assistance. I think ALL consultants can get some tips from you.</p>
