Leanka Venter to become the Head of Training at King Price Insurance

I am generally quick to complain but where it comes to good service, I am very slow with compliments. I think I am not the only person guilty in this regard.

So without any further ado, I dealt with a person named Leanka Venter at King Price Insurance today and her service was very friendly, professional and short and sweet. There is nothing more irritating than a Call Centre consultant who is slow and not an expert in what he or she is doing. I understand that everybody must start somewhere but please just keep the beginners away from me. I unfortunately simply haven't got the time or patience to assist in the training of someone else's employees.

Leanka Venter, I could hear that you are very young but well done, you had the knowledge to assist me quickly and efficiently.

I will not approach your opposition driving around and following their clients with a drone just because of you.
